1. Lesser portion, frequent meals.

2.Cut down sugar, refined flour and animal fat 

3.Consume lots of water 

4. 2 cups of green tea

5.Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies

6.Exercise atleast for 40 mins

7.Dont starve or skip meals

8. No alcohol

9. No smoking
